Qlubb collects both information provided by the user as well as information we can infer from standard Internet protocols. When you enter Qlubb, we collect all visitor's browser type and IP address. Qlubb only requires an email address to create or join a Qlubb. All other requests of personal information are voluntary unless they are a requirement for joining a Qlubb as determined by the specific Qlubb's creator or administrator(s).

How Qlubb uses the information:
Information you enter into Qlubb is made available to the members of the Qlubb you entered the information for. You user name and profile picture may be made available in public pages unless you set it to not be displayed publicly. Qlubb may utilize some of the information you entered for advertising and promotional purposes. We may also collect and publish statistics in an aggregate. Qlubb will not use this information in a personal-identifying way.
Qlubb may be required to disclose user information pursuant to lawful requests, such as subpoenas or court orders in compliance with applicable laws. We do not reveal information until we have a good faith believe that an information request by law enforcement or private litigants meets applicable legal standards.
